Terms of Service

Effective: May 16, 2026  ·  Updated: May 17, 2026  ·  Operator: Labyrinth Park LLC (Wyoming LLC)  ·  Service: WagginRides pilot, Brickell, Miami

🐻 TL;DR — the short version

  • We are a small pilot service. We’re not perfect yet — we’re honest about that.
  • Our handlers are chosen for their love of animals, not certifications. We’re upfront about this.
  • Pilot rides are low-cost. No surprise charges: price is agreed at your confirmation call.
  • If something goes wrong, let’s talk first. We want to make it right.
  • Wyoming law governs. Disputes go to AAA arbitration, not court.

1. Who We Are and What These Terms Cover

These Terms govern your use of WagginRides (at labyrinthpark.org/wr and wagginrides.com) and any pet-transport rides arranged through the site or by phone. WagginRides is operated by Labyrinth Park LLC, a Wyoming-registered LLC with a registered agent at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801.

By requesting a ride, calling, or using any part of our service, you agree to these Terms.

2. What We Actually Do

We provide door-to-door pet transport rides in the Brickell area of Miami-Dade County during our pilot phase. Services include:

We may decline any request and may adjust availability at any time during the pilot.

3. Our Handlers (Honest Version)

We do not advertise professional pet-handling certifications (like Fear Free or CPR/First Aid). Our handlers are selected for their demonstrated love of and experience with animals. Our advisory board of local pet professionals reviews and guides our standards.

That advisory board oversight is consultative, not supervisory per-ride. We are a pilot. We are building something real and doing it honestly.

4. Pricing and Payment

Pilot pricing is listed on our Pricing page. No payment is collected on this website. Price is confirmed at your confirmation call; you only pay if you ride.

During the pilot, payment is collected by credit card at your confirmation call. Spay/neuter shuttle rides may be subsidized; any subsidy is subject to availability.

We reserve the right to introduce updated pricing at any time with notice before your ride is confirmed.

5. Cancellations and No-Shows

Cancel anytime by calling, texting, or emailing us. During the pilot there is no cancellation fee. Repeated no-shows (without cancelling) may result in suspension of your access to the service.

6. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

We may refuse or end a ride if continuing would put your pet, the handler, or anyone else at risk.

7. Liability (Legalese That Matters)

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS: Labyrinth Park LLC and its people are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages from our services, including injury to your pet, property damage, or data loss.

Our total liability to you is capped at the total you paid us in the three months before the claim. During the free pilot phase, that cap is $0.

We do not limit liability for personal injury or death caused by our negligence where the law prohibits such limits.

8. Stuff Outside Our Control

We are not liable for failures caused by acts of God, extreme weather, government orders, infrastructure failure, or anything else beyond our reasonable control. We will try to give you fair notice.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

Wyoming law governs these Terms. Any dispute goes to binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration can be conducted remotely. No class actions.

Either party may seek emergency injunctive relief in court to preserve the status quo while arbitration proceeds.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. The new Terms take effect when posted. If you use the service after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
