- Pet health info goes only to your assigned handler for that ride.
- Data is stored in the US on Microsoft Azure, encrypted at rest.
- You can ask us to delete your info anytime by emailing us.

2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide exclusively for:
- Pilot coordination: scheduling and confirming your ride, dispatching a handler, and following up by text or call
- Safety: sharing relevant pet information (breed, anxieties, medications) with your assigned handler
- Communications: sending ride confirmations, status updates, and photos during the ride
- Pilot improvement: anonymized or aggregated analysis of ride patterns to improve the service (no individual profiling)

We do not use your information for advertising, marketing to third parties, or automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you.
3. How We Store Your Information
Ride request data is stored in Azure Table Storage in the United States (East US region), operated by Microsoft Azure under Microsoft’s standard data processing terms. Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored at rest with Azure’s default encryption (AES-256).
Access to stored data is restricted to Labyrinth Park LLC personnel and contractors directly involved in pilot operations. We do not operate a consumer-facing database portal; data is accessed via secure internal tools only.
4. Retention
We retain ride request records for seven (7) years from the date of submission, consistent with Labyrinth Park LLC’s standard records-retention policy. After this period, records are deleted or anonymized.
You may request earlier deletion (subject to our legal obligations) by contacting us at hello@wagginrides.com. See Section 6 for your rights.
5. Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information to any third party, ever.
We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:
- With your assigned handler: name, phone number, pet information, pickup/dropoff address, and relevant notes are shared with the driver assigned to your ride
- Service providers: infrastructure providers (Microsoft Azure) who process data on our behalf under contractual data-processing obligations
- Legal requirements: if required by a valid court order, subpoena, or applicable law, or to protect our legal rights or the safety of any person
- Business transfer: in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of substantially all assets, your data may be transferred to the successor entity, subject to equivalent privacy protections
