How our pricing works
No quote needed — here’s exactly how we charge.
Any pickup and drop-off within 3 mi of Brickell City Centre on the Miami mainland, including the first 15 min of travel (one-way) or 30 min total (round-trip). Brickell traffic does not change your price. Brickell Key, Star/Hibiscus/Palm Island, Fisher Island, Virginia Key and Miami Beach are quoted separately (causeway or ferry routing).
Hourly applies only if your pickup or drop-off is outside the 3 mi zone, after the included 15 / 30 min. Not because of in-zone traffic. We tell you at booking if we expect it; never a surprise on the invoice.
Round-trip base plus hourly during the wait and exam. We stay with your pet the whole time.
Base rate only. No hourly clock. We drop off, handle the wait, and pick up when they’re ready.
Fixed $250 for full-day orchestration with our partner provider. Vaccines extra at cost. Or book hourly and coordinate your own provider.
$35 one-way / $70 round-trip. Same first-ride and pilot discounts apply.
Bring the household. The second pet on the same ride is 50% off the base and hourly rates. For long-distance trips, additional pets are 75% off (marginal cost is near zero for us; we share that with you).
When pickup or drop-off is beyond the zone, we charge $20/hr (pilot rate; $30/hr standard) after the included 15 / 30 min, OR round-trip twice ($80), whichever is cheaper for you. Use the calculator below.

You see everything.
Our handler sends you a photo or video update from your pet’s appointment — before they leave the clinic, groomer, or daycare. You’re always in the loop, even when you can’t be there.
Snowbirds, expats & custom jobs
Not every pet transport fits a standard ride. We do the complex ones too.

Expats and international residents landing at MIA. We meet you at baggage, handle your pet through the customs handoff, and deliver door-to-door in Brickell.
Multiple animals, multiple crates, special handling. Second pet rides at 50% off locally; for long-distance moves, additional pets are 75% off. We quote per trip, not per head.

All bespoke jobs are quoted before the ride. Nothing is charged without your approval.
When your pet needs to travel farther than Brickell.
Snowbird routes, expat relocations, cross-country moves, international arrivals. A handler stays with your pet the entire way. No geographic limits.
All-inclusive of handler time, per diem food, and personal incidentals. Counted from departure date through handler return date. One number, no meter.
Airfare in your pet’s class of service. Handler airfare and hotel. Vaccines & USDA-accredited health certificate. Customs and import fees. IATA-compliant crate if you need one. Bookings carry a 10% coordination fee; vet and government fees pass at zero markup. We forward every receipt.
For travel where your pet flies in the cabin as accompanied baggage, we coordinate the airline reservation, IATA-compliant carrier sizing, USDA-accredited vet health certification, and any destination-country paperwork. Small dogs can travel with us in any class of service you wish. For larger dogs, we can facilitate your DOT Service Animal Air Transportation requirements. We or our certified trainer must meet with your service dog prior to travel to ensure the dog is trained sufficiently for in-cabin travel.
A national pet-relocation specialist typically charges $3,500–$5,500 for the same route, with no handler riding alongside your pet. (Illustrative pricing, May 2026.)
What stays with you: the vet visit cost for the USDA-accredited health certificate, the destination-country import permit fee, and any destination quarantine cost. We schedule the certificate visit and your handler drives your pet there free of charge as part of the trip; only the clinic’s fee is yours.
Ask us to schedule and pay your vet, groomer, or SPCA directly. We forward you the original receipt at zero markup. Always free, no service fee.
